Club Processes and Procedures
The CVWGC Board and Officers want to ensure that the processes needed to function smoothly and consistently over time are documented, preserved and available for use by all future Boards, Officers and Committee Chairs. To this end the following process flows, templates and other supporting documents have been assembled and made available for your current and future use.
It is important to note that none of the processes or documents below are set in stone and in fact should be viewed as dynamic and living documents that can and should be modified as needed to accommodate the ever changing environments we live in today. As such we encourage feedback and reviews of these documents to ensure our processes and procedures always remain efficient and up to date.
If a new or existing job description need to be created or modified, please use the "Blank Job Description Form" link below under the Templates header to download. Then submit the completed new or modified job description to the Board for approval and posting.
